Veritas Virtual Academy is a virtual private school and EdTech company that provides Socratic-based learning for college prep and career-minded scholars in grades 6–12 who seek a more efficient and effective platform for learning, leadership, character development, and life skills. The solution utilizes EdTech that includes AI and other next-gen resources to personalize and optimize teaching and learning. Veritas serves as an outsourced AI technology resource for homeschools to supplement existing learning environments. This includes adapting existing curriculum, providing new curriculum, generating lesson plans, delivering teacher assistance, integrating biblical, Christian-centered curriculum, and offering scholar tutoring

Aaron Brown
Aaron L. Brown is a third-generation serial entrepreneur. He has over 40 years of experience as a senior executive or entrepreneur in the health services, commercial insurance, InsureTech and digital currency fintech services sectors as a C-level executive or entrepreneur. He is currently the CEO and co-founder of Veritas Virtual Academy, LLC. He also serves as the Managing Member of BlueSky Insurance Services LLC (MGA and online retail agency) and BlueSky Insurance Technology LLC. Aaron was the former co-founder of ScholarVerse, a character-based after-school business in California. He was the former CEO and co-founder of Vesto LLC (crypto fintech), co-founder of Revolution Sports Performance (sports performance and sports medicine business), CEO of Innovus Integrated Benefits, a Blue Shield of California subsidiary and Senior Vice President of Coverage for Revolution Health Group, a Steve Case (former chairman of AOL) Company. He is Chairman of the board of trustees of Pacific Education Foundation, a foundation that provides scholarship funding for at-risk high school students. He is the former Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Heald College and Member of the Finance, Audit and Nominating & Compensation Committees ($110 million per year revenue non-profit 2 year career college). He is the past President of the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Center of Marin. He is a former Member of the California Small Business Association Roundtable and Board. He is the past President of the Novato Unified Board of Education (student population of 8,000 students). Aaron holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a master's degree from the University of Southern California.
Mason Brown
Mason has been an educator in Northern California for over 10 years. He comes from a family of entrepreneurs. He has worked with public and public charter school students from elementary through high school. His teaching experience includes general and special education. He mostly taught students eligible for free/reduced lunch programs. He began his educational career as a substitute teacher and football coach at Richmond High School in Richmond, California before transitioning into a full-time educator. Mason has used his experience in education and the skills he acquired from teaching, to adopt a unique insight within the entrepreneurial realm. He has also been involved in EdTech, specifically as a business analyst and project manager. As the former co-founder and CTO of ScholarVerse, Mason oversaw the design and creation of an online EdTech platform that tracked and evaluated student progress through an after-school, character development program. Although he has transitioned out of the classroom, he remains committed to fostering a robust and comprehensive academic experience. He was a student athlete at Willamette University where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in sociology.
